The perfect solution if you need a customised fitness program to follow at the gym or home, plus weekly virtual check-ins to keep you accountable and on track.
Our check-ins will include progress reviews, technique corrections, program modifications, and answers to any fitness questions you have. Apart from our weekly check-ins, you can also message me, your fitness coach, for guidance anytime!
Custom Program
Perfect if you want a one-off fitness program (gym or home-based) that is tailored to your fitness goals.
Custom program consultation - 60 minutes @ A$190
This initial consultation is a comprehensive analysis of your fitness goals, health and workout history, nutrition requirements, and lifestyle factors. Post consultation, you will receive a tailored fitness program (up to 8 weeks), nutritional guidelines (macro and calorie setting), and an in-depth lifestyle assessment and recommendations.
Custom program follow-up consultation (optional) - 45 minutes @ A$110
A follow-up consultation to assess the effectiveness of the workout program, progress towards goals, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. This also includes any revision or extension to the workout programs or the creation of a brand new program (up to 8 weeks).
In-person PT
Perfect if you’re based in Sydney, Australia and want to meet in person for PT.
Small Group PT
